If you're on TestFlight, the easiest way is to take a screenshot during the issue — TestFlight will prompt you to submit feedback automatically and we'll see it on our end.

Our apps that sync between devices, including Pocket Chef, use Firebase for cloud sync. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only shared with members of households you explicitly join.
We don't sell data, don't show ads, and don't share information with third parties for marketing.
Yes. Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes all your personal data from our servers. Email us if you need help.
Kid Canvas and Pocket Chef are free to download, with optional subscriptions or one-time purchases for expanded features and content. Pricing and purchase terms are always shown in the app before checkout.
